Janet began organizational culture work in 1998, which led to Progressive Discoveries' initial founding. She has a rich consulting background and has held contracts with well-known corporations to deliver solutions related to financial and business acumen, workforce and work process development, operations improvement systems, managing change and employee performance, assessing organizational culture, and designing leadership constructs and practices. She is an expert at creating a strong sense of organizational community by building strategic synergies and closing culture gaps.

Progressive Discoveries, LLC. (2.0) re-opened in 2019, and Janet has revitalized her “no shame, no blame” approach to this work. The formula is simple: true inclusion honors the value and contribution of every person, no matter what distinguishing characteristics they possess. Her approach encourages input and productive collaboration across functions, roles, and hierarchies. She recognizes the beauty and benefit of differences in people.
